A word about privacy... We are seeing increased incidences of hacked e-mail accounts.  We caution clients to not send confidential information via e-mail unless you can protect the document from being opened without a password.  This includes e-file authorizations and any other documents that contain, for example, your social security number.  This is especially true if you utilize web mail where your messages reside on your ISP's servers. We utilize mail clients (Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express) which download email messages to our local network and deletes them from the ISP's server.
